iRest, short for Integrative Restoration, is a modern-day adaptation of the ancient practice of yoga nidra meditation. The research-based, trauma-sensitive practice weaves together eastern philosophy with modern-day psychology and neuroscience to bring a sense of balance and ease to body and mind.

Research shows iRest helps reduce stress, anxiety and chronic pain and improve sleep and overall well being.
